王 团 伟
一、个人简介
王团伟,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,毕业于复旦大学公共卫生学院,承担本科生《预防医学》、《职业卫生与职业医学》、《环境卫生学》等课程的教学与实验工作。以第一作者发表SCI论文9篇,其中一区(Top期刊)3篇,均发表在环境科学领域权威杂志。主持山东省自然科学基金青年项目(ZR2022QH180)、国家食品安全风险评估中心2022年度科研联合攻关项目(LH2022GG07),潍坊市科技发展计划项目(2022YX040)和潍坊医学院A类博士科研启动基金项目(2021BKQ_04111801)。主持1项厅局级教研项目。目前为山东省公共卫生学会卫生毒理分会委员、中国毒理学会毒理学教育专业委员会青年委员。《工业卫生与职业病》、《环境卫生学杂志》、《毒理学杂志》期刊编委。目前指导硕士研究生3名,邮箱wangtuanwei@wfmc.edu.cn。
二、研究方向
职业/环境化学物毒理机制与生物标志物。研究领域涉及重金属、苯、农药、新型有机污染物,采用人群现场结合细胞、动物实验开展职业/环境化学物的遗传与生殖毒性及其分子机制,聚焦于DNA甲基化、非编码RNA、组蛋白修饰等表观遗传调控机制。应用全基因组学、表观遗传组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学等多组学数据与人群健康效应相关联,鉴定生物标志物,并结合细胞、动物实验进行生物学功能验证,筛选关键分子通路和靶标,旨在为人群生物监测和早期筛检提供策略。
