陈 历 俊

一、个人简介

陈历俊,教授级高工,博士生导师,北京三元食品股份有限公司首席科学家兼副总经理、国家母婴乳品健康工程技术研究中心主任、国家乳品健康科技创新联盟理事长、中国食品科学技术学会常务理事。入选中央组织部“万人计划”、国家科技部科技创新领军人才、国家人社部百千万人才工程突出贡献青年专家、北京学者、科技北京百名领军人才等,被授予国务院政府特殊津贴专家、中国杰出质量人、中国杰出工程师奖、全国劳模等30余项荣誉称号。主持/参与863计划等国家级科研课题12项、省部级科研课题59项,核心成果获国家科技进步二等奖2项、北京市等省部级科技进步奖21项、中国食品工业协会特等奖等21项,授权中国发明专利、国际专利62项,制修订国标62项,发表论文237篇,出版论著19部。目前带教研究生数量59人。邮箱chenlijun@sanyuan.com.cn

二、研究方向

陈历俊博士主要研究方向是乳品安全与健康,针对我国母婴营养健康研究基础薄弱和母婴乳品质量安全体系需完善等关键问题,突破了中国母乳成分研究模拟、母婴营养组学评价、母婴乳品产业化和安全风险监控关键技术,创新了“应用基础研究-工业技术开发-临床医学循证-产业示范引领”的母婴乳品研发模式,践行“让中国宝宝喝上好奶粉”和“健康中国2030”战略,助力中国母婴营养健康水平提升,科技引领中国奶业持续健康发展。
