张 丰 香

一、个人简介

张丰香,博士,副教授,现为食品质量与安全教研室主任、食品质量与安全专业负责人、营养与食品卫生学二级学科点负责人,兼任潍坊市食品营养与安全重点实验室主任、山东省学校食品安全工作专家委员会委员、山东省营养学会理事、潍坊市食品安全专家委员会委员。承担厅局级以上教学与科研课题5项,发表教学与科研论文30余篇,获潍坊市自然科学优秀学术成果奖1项、潍坊市“才聚鸢都·技能兴潍”优秀裁判员荣誉称号,多次获校级优秀教师荣誉称号。目前带教研究生6人,已毕业6人。导师邮箱zhangfx@sdsmu.edu.cn

二、研究方向

主要开展食源性功能物质的开发与利用以及食源性致病微生物的分子流行病学的相关研究。
