孙 金 月
一、个人简介
孙金月,博士,教授(二级),泰山学者特聘专家(二届),博士生导师。主要从事慢性病精准营养干预研究。近年主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、山东省重点研发计划(重大科技创新工程)项目等20余项;发表论文130余篇,其中SCI 论文90余篇;授权国家发明专利29项、国际发明专利1项、国家实用新型专利11项;制定山东省地方标准1项;获国家重点科技攻关计划重大科技成果、山东省科技进步二等奖、国家商业联合会科技进步二等奖等成果奖励6项。兼《Food Safety and Health 》期刊副主编、山东省食品安全地方标准审评委员会委员、国家科技进步奖评审专家、国家重点研发计划项目评审专家等。目前培养在读博/硕士研究生8人。邮箱:moon_s731@hotmail.com。
二、研究方向
慢性病精准营养干预。主要针对高尿酸血症、高血糖、高血脂、肌肉减少症、慢性肠炎等疾病,开展不同功能活性因子改善慢性病的作用评价,阐明功能活性因子改善机体功能的分子机制,创制功能成分明确、作用机理清晰的靶向性营养健康功能产品,改善慢性病人群的身体健康。
