薛 鹏
一、个人简介
薛鹏,博士,副教授,泰山学者青年专家,现为公共卫生学院院长助理,公共卫生检验检测中心主任,硕博士研究生导师。现为中国作物协会藜麦专业委员会理事,山东省转化医学会肠道微生态与健康分会副主委。承担本科、研究生教学6门课程,指导1名本科生获得国家创新创业项目支持(已结题)。主要从事基于生物及化学合成法精确制备人参稀有皂苷;基于多组学联用探究植物源性皂苷对生殖力减退、高血脂、类风湿性关节炎、微生物感染的改善机制;植物源性皂苷(藜麦)及共性抗炎机制研究。近期,以第一及通讯作者(含共同)发表科研论文30余篇(SCI 20篇,TOP期刊10篇),申请专利4项,成果转化1项。目前为山东省高等学校青创科技计划创新团队项目负责人,执业中药师,潍坊市青年岗位能手,潍坊市两红两优青春担当好青年称号。主持国家自然基金一项,风险食品评估中心合作项目一项,省级人才项目两项,省自然一项(已结题,网评优秀),横向课题五项,总经费逾300万元。目前带教研究生数量:9人,已毕业4人。导师邮箱:xp1989@wfmc.edu.cn。
研究方向
研究方向为植物皂苷类化合物与人类健康。主要是基于生物及化学合成法精确制备人参稀有皂苷;基于多组学联用探究植物源性皂苷对生殖力减退、高血脂、类风湿性关节炎、微生物感染、抗肿瘤的改善机制;植物源性皂苷(藜麦、西洋参)安全性评价、共性机制研究、梯次性高值化利用综合应用研究。

4、功能性甲壳素植物皂苷组合物研发应用研究,山东鑫珂海洋生物技术股份有限公司,2022.01-2025.01,第一位,30万元;;
