薛 鹏

一、个人简介

薛鹏,博士,教授,硕博士研究生导师,泰山学者青年专家,现为公共卫生学院院长助理,公共卫生检验检测中心主任,省青创团队负责人,执业中药师。担任中国作物学会藜麦专业委员会委员,山东省转化医学会肠道微生态与健康分会副主委,山东预防医学会卫生检验分会常务委员,山东环境科学学会环境与营养健康专业委员会常务委员。承担本科、研究生课程4门。主要从事植物皂苷与人类健康,新型污染物风险评估及职业内暴露。近期,以第一及通讯作者(含共同)发表科研论文30余篇(SCI 20篇,TOP期刊15篇),申请专利4项,授权专利6项,成果转化1项。主持国家自然基金一项(结题),国家风险食品评估中心合作项目一项,省级人才项目两项,省自然一项(结题,网评优秀),横向课题六项。目前带教研究生数量:9人,已毕业6人。导师邮箱:xp1989@sdsmu.edu.cn

  1. 研究方向

研究方向一:植物皂苷类化合物与人类健康。主要是基于生物及化学合成法精确制备人参稀有皂苷;基于多组学联用探究植物源性皂苷对生殖力减退、高血脂、类风湿性关节炎、微生物感染、抗肿瘤的改善机制;植物源性皂苷(藜麦、西洋参)安全性评价、共性机制研究、梯次性高值化利用综合应用研究。

研究方向二:新型污染物风险评估及职业内暴露。新型污染物高通量筛选及快速测定;新型污染物职业内暴露,安全评估及体内标志物筛查。

三、代表性科研项目

1、人参稀有皂苷的kg级制备及在抗感染、抗风湿性关节炎领域中的应用基础研究,泰山学者青年专家项目,2022.07-2025.06,主持,235万元;

2、特定构型人参稀有皂苷精确制备及改善生殖系统的应用基础研究,山东省高等学校青创科技计划创新团队项目,2022.12-2025.01,主持,40万元;

3、藜麦麸皮中两亲性皂苷类化合物抑菌构效关系及造成食源性蜡样芽孢杆菌膜系统失稳机研究(32102106),中国国家自然科学基金,2022.01-2024.12,第一位,30万元;

4、功能性甲壳素植物皂苷组合物研发应用研究,山东鑫珂海洋生物技术股份有限公司,2022.01-2025.01,第一位,30万元;;

5、潍坊市集约化蔬菜种植人群化学污染物高通量筛查、健康效应评价及潜在源分析(LH2022GG01),国家食品风险评估中心联合项目,2022.07-2025.07,第一位,10万元。
