王 霞
一、个人简介
王霞,博士,副教授,食品质量与安全教研室教师,硕士研究生导师,潍坊市卫健委食品安全企业标准评审专家、山东省医学会委员。教学方面,主要承担《健康中国》、《食品化学》、《食品工艺学》、《食品质量管理学》等课程,教学效果连年优秀,参编教材2部,被评为潍坊医学院“我最喜爱的教师”称号。现主要研究方向为食源性功能因子的生物活性分析和食品加工副产物的高值化利用。主持和参与完成山东省基自然金4项,山东省教育厅课题2项,与企业签署横向课题2项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文十余篇,申请专利4项,参获潍坊市科学技术进步二等奖——妊娠期PM2.5暴露致子代神经发育不良及维生素B的干预与应用( JB27501)。 Email: hawangxia@163.com
二、研究方向
研究领域为食品功能性因子。现主要研究方向为食源性功能因子的生物活性分析和食品加工副产物的高值化利用。
