陈 达 炜

一、个人简介

陈达炜,博士,国家食品安全风险评估中心研究员,食品安全与暴露评估方向。现为《JFCA》编委、《分析测试学报》客座主编;世界银行全球食品安全伙伴项目培训师、WHO/FAO CCMAS41电子工作组成员、CCPR中国代表团成员;中国食品科学技术学会食品真实性与溯源分会副秘书长、中国食品法典专家咨询委员会委员、中国生态学学会污染生态专业委员会委员、中国毒理学会青年委员会常务委员、中国医学科学院食品安全创新单元学术带头人。主持国家重点研发计划课题和子课题、国家自然科学基金等项目,共发表论文100余篇,以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文70余篇,主编专著3部,参编专著6部,申请国家发明专利8项,授权4项,带教西部之光访学、进修人员和研究生10余人。邮箱:chendw@cfsa.net.cn

二、研究方向

食品安全与暴露评估方向,主要开展食品化学危害因子非靶向筛查、精准靶向定量分析技术、膳食暴露评估和生物监测研究。
