孙 金 月

一、个人简介

孙金月,博士,研究员,泰山学者特聘专家,博士生导师。兼农业农村部新食品资源加工重点实验室学术委员会副主任、山东省食品安全地方标准审评委员会委员、《山东农业科学》编委等。近年主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、山东省自然科学基金重大基础研究项目、山东省重大科技创新工程项目等18项;发表论文90余篇,其中SCI 论文60余篇;授权国家发明专利13项、国际发明专利1项、国家实用新型专利11项,授权国家软件著作权11项;制定山东省地方标准1项;获国家重点科技攻关计划重大科技成果、山东省科技进步二等奖、国家商业联合会科技进步二等奖等成果奖励6项。目前正在培养的研究生6人。邮箱:moon_s731@hotmail.com

二、研究方向

生物活性物质与功能食品。主要从事药用植物、食药同源、新食品资源等原料中生物活性成分的高效制备、结构鉴定、功能评价、分子机理、靶向递送与产品开发研究,针对高尿酸血症、高血糖、高血脂、肿瘤等慢性疾病人群,研制相关的营养健康及功能产品(功能食品、中间体、原料药等)。

1、基于医养健康的绿色资源技术集成创新与示范(2021SFGC0904),山东省重点研发计划(重大科技创新工程)项目,2021.10-2024.12,第一位,2201万元。

2、腰果高效加工及副产物综合利用关键技术研究(2021YFE0109200),国家重点研发计划项目,2021.07-2023.06,第一位,101万元。

3降尿酸功能食品精深加工关键技术研究与开发(2019JZZY020612),山东省重大科技创新工程项目,2019.11-2021.12,第一位,350万元。

4、琉璃苣种子γ-亚麻酸高效合成的分子与调控机制研究(31571708),国家自然科学基金面上项目,2016.01-2019.12,第一位,71.844万元。

5、微生物源生物拮抗菌剂的研发(2015BAD16B02),国家科技支撑计划课题,2015.04-2018.03,第一位,650万元。
