杨 孝 荣

一、个人简介

杨孝荣，博士，博士后，副研究员，Karolinska Institutet联合培养博士。现为国家卫生健康委医药卫生科技发展研究中心“医师临床科研能力提升项目”山东省专家顾问，山东省临床肿瘤学会临床研究专家委员会副主任委员等学术兼职；获国家省部级等各级项目5项，以第一或通讯作者发表43篇SCI论文，累积IF超330分，其中中科院一区TOP期刊11篇，6分以上21篇，2 篇 ESI 高被引论文，包括J Travel Med（IF=39.2）, J Infect（IF=38.6）, BMC Med（IF=11.8）,Br J Dermatol（IF=11.1）,Sci Total Environ（IF=10.8，2篇）等杂志。食管癌相关研究成果获2021年度山东省科学技术进步奖二等奖。多次在国内外大会口头交流发言；现为BMJ, J Hematol Oncol, JAACAP, BMC Med, Sci Total Environs等20余个SCI杂志特邀审稿人等。参与智能医学工程临床研究规范（第一版）教材编写。邮箱yangxiaorong@sdu.edu.cn。

二、研究方向

基于健康医疗大数据和多组学技术开展重大疾病的预警与预测、临床试验研究、临床方法学研究、生物信息学研究以及循证医学研究等工作。

1、基于自然人群队列评估靶向血清蛋白组在食管鳞癌动态进展中的诊断效能及功能验证研究（82103912），国家自然科学基金委员会青年项目，2022.01-2024.12，第一位，30万元。

2、基于血清靶向蛋白组液体活检技术的食管鳞癌早期诊断模型构建、应用成效评估及关键蛋白机理解析的前瞻性队列研究（2021M700080），中国博士后科学基金面上一等，2022.01-2023.12, 第一位，12万元。

3、基于血清靶向蛋白组学构建食管鳞癌多维度早期诊断模型的研究（ZR2020QH302），山东省自然科学基金委员会青年项目，2021.01-2023.12，第一位，15万元。

4、食管鳞癌多蛋白早期诊断模型的验证研究与临床应用（SDU-KI-2020-03），山东大学齐鲁医学院SDU-KI国际合作重点资助项目，2020.05-2020.12，第一位，10万元。

5、食管鳞癌早期诊断风险预测模型构建与临床应用（2018WS331），山东省医药卫生科技发展计划项目面上项目，2019.01-2021.12，第一位，2万元。
