宗 爱 珍

一、个人简介

宗爱珍,博士,副研究员,现为山东省农业科学院农产品加工与营养研究所粮油工程团队主任,山东省重点扶持区域引进急需紧缺人才,日照市创新人才,大禹英才。兼任中国农学会食物与营养专业委员会委员、山东食品科学技术学会第四届理事会理事等。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、山东省自然科学基金、山东省重大科技创新工程课题等项目10项,核心参与国家重点研发计划等国家和省部级项目10余项。发表论文56篇,其中SCI 13篇,参编著作2部;授权发明专利27项;参与制定团体标准3项;作为主要完成人获山东省科技进步二等奖、神农中华农业科技奖科学研究类二等奖等奖励7项。目前带教研究生数量3。导师邮箱aizhzong@163.com

二、研究方向

主要从事功能性碳水化合物开发及利用及特医食品开发等方面研究。
