韩 彩 静
一、个人简介
韩彩静,女,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,食品质量与安全教研室教师,北京大学访问学者。硕博期间主要从事食品功能因子与食品分子生物学研究。主持参与各级课题4项,以首位承担课题2项,其中主持山东省自然科学基金1项,博士启动课题1项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文17篇,其中SCI论文8篇。指导本科生获得2023年预防医学赛道技能大赛B队一等奖,指导学生获得大学生创新创业项目国家级(2项)、省级(1项)、校级(6项)。邮箱:hancaijing@sdsmu.edu.cn。
二、研究方向
研究方向为食品功能因子和食品分子生物学。主要研究食品中功能因子的构效关系及其对慢性病的防治机制。
